Conceptualize ideal TB Care models for people affected by TB (including children and any forms of TB – infection, drug sensitive, and drug resistant) using currently available innovations, innovations in development, and aspirational innovations within the context of UHC.

Convene TB survivors to advance people-centered design elements within these ideal TB Care models, including advances beyond tools and tech (e.g., counseling, mental health support, connecting with peers for support, etc).

To facilitate experimentation and uptake of these ideal TB Care models in TB generally, for EACH step along the patient journey, we will:

• Identify currently available (TB-appropriate) innovations,
• Identify innovations in development and/or adaptable to be TB-appropriate innovations
• Provide links to existing evidence supporting these innovations,
• Provide contact information for these innovations

To facilitate innovators seeking to bring new innovations to support and enable these ideal TB Care models, we will:

• Detail a typical digital health product development, qualification, evaluation and scale-up pathway,
• Link best practice (exemplary or illustrative) information for other innovations that have successfully navigated this pathway
• Provide contact information for these best practice innovators

To facilitate innovators successfully introducing their innovations into SPECIFIC high TB burden countries, we will :

• Develop five detailed, country-specific implementation pathways for TB-appropriate digital health products
• Identify relevant contacts within each profiled high burden country program

Combine deliverables 1-5 as summarized above in a publicly available, interactive website.

Develop and support country demonstration studies on the ideal TB Care models in early adopter countries.
